We are always updating roasting profiles to make sure you experience the best cup with no bitter aftertaste. Our profiles are designed to bring out the taste the flavor notes in the coffee. Depending on the origin of the coffee, whatever is grown in the soil reflects what flavor notes show in the bean. Those are the notes you will experience in your brew. Every profile is built to highlight the flavor notes in your coffee. We put what we taste on the on the bag.
